Management Services

STI provide management and consulting services in key areas that can improve the management of large Federal Agencies and commercial corporations. These areas are listed below:

Health Information Management - STI provides consulting and professional services in four major areas of concentration: clinical coding and compliance; optimization of budgets and third party reimbursement; data collection and analysis; and policy and organizational analysis. STI provides coding, reimbursement, and financial analysis staffing and consultation services to MTFs and military headquarters across the United States. We provide subject matter experts to TMA offices to help develop DoD-wide policies and procedures, train Military Health System (MHS) staff, and provide systems and information technology support.

Financial and Resource Management - STI provides MTFs with lifecycle management services. STI has conducted 106 site visits to 56 MTFs and staff organizations world-wide over the past three years (ranging from clinics to medical centers), and have identified million dollars available for reprogramming. Through these STI financial reviews, HQ ACC increased their purchasing power by more than $4M. Our Financial Analysis Consulting services validate baseline budget requirements, provide detailed analysis of financial planning and train the Resource Management staff.

Program Management - STI provides effective program management. We perform rigorous compliance reviews and efficiently process medical claims. We manage large programs that ensure that our clients have purchasing power, quality data, and the highest possible reimbursements for services rendered. As an example, we manage large medical records coding projects for all three Services.

Event Management - As one of the market leaders in DoD conference and event planning, STI has supported over 400 conference within the last ten years. STI’s Conference Team has a wide variety of experience planning and executing meetings and possesses over 70 years of combined experience in conference coordination, speaker management, logistics management, attendee registration coordination, and food and beverage coordination.
