Standard Technology Inc. (STI) couples program management with a strong, Quality Management system to provide information management services for the Department of Defense (DoD) military treatment facilities (MTFs), Service Intermediate Commands, and the TRICARE Management Activity (TMA). We are one of the leading contractors providing policy development, data collection and organizational analysis, and administrative support to TMA since 1993; clinical coding and compliance, third party collection consultation, and direct support to DoD healthcare facilities since 1998; and financial analysis of MTF budget planning, execution and programming since 2002. Health Information Management - STI provides coding, reimbursement, and financial analysis staffing and consultation services to MTFs and military headquarters across the United States. Financial and Resource Management – STI provides complete financial management support, including the evaluation of current resource management practices. We are one of the premier sources to MTFs for business plan development and improvement. STI has created a state-of-the-art consulting model that exceeds customer expectations at every level of management.  Our consulting services validate baseline budget requirements, analyze financial planning and execution, and provide training for the Resource Management staff. Our resource management assessment support identifies common and critical errors in staff allocation, third-party re-imbursements, and use of external providers and referrals.  Our consultants are extremely knowledgeable of issues and concerns facing MTF.  Our process ensures a detailed analysis of a MTF’s financial program is completed in the least amount of time necessary and always includes a significant return on investment. We have successfully delivered over 100 financial analysis visits to more than 56 sites over the past three years alone and identified millions of dollars available for reprogramming.  (We normally identify 10 dollars in savings for every dollar spent on our services.)  Through these financial reviews, one Air Force Major Command increased their purchasing power by more than $4M. Our Conference Team has a wide variety of experience planning and executing meetings and possesses over 70 years of combined experience in conference coordination, speaker management, logistics management, attendee registration coordination, and food and beverage coordination. STI’s process discipline simplifies conference planning, which allows conference organizers to focus on information dissemination. With interactive web sites, STI simplifies the registration process, which helps motivate attendance and improves cash flow. The portal technology allows the rapid collection of scientific papers, simplifies the dissemination of conference proceedings, and encourages peer review.
